Job descriptionThe General Manager will work in close collaboration with the Executive Board to establish the foundations of the new bank. As the project is still in its early stages, this is a critical role that will consist of establishing the new organization, the constitution of this new Islamic Finance from scratch.
The Islamic Finance market is bubbling in Morocco and full of potential. The Authorities have just decided to open the legal environment and allow operators to propose an Islamic Finance offer. Then, in this market under construction, you will have a key role in establishing this new Bank as a key actor of the "Charia Compliant" Moroccan financial market.You will lead all the team towards this ambitious plan, with the opportunity to get all support needed from the partners (IT/Sales & Marketing/Back office…). You will build and strengthen strong relations with key stakeholders, internal and external.
