Our Loss Prevention team works across all divisions, brands and geographies, to protect the assets and profit of the business and mitigate the risk of loss. Working pro-actively, following lines of investigation as well as providing insight and recommendations to divisions, our Loss Prevention team works across all brands and regions giving them valuable exposure to a range of sectors and environments that ultimately deliver bottom line profit to the business.
The Role:
As a Loss Prevention Advisor you will be responsible for store visits, identifying areas of risk and advising corrective measures. Specifically in this role you will focus on investigating loss, including shoplifting, package pilferage and credit fraud. In addition you will supervise security guards and review monthly and weekly reports ensuring all incidents, accidents and criminal offences are minimised.
Qualifications and Skills:
* At least 3 years' retail experience or loss prevention preferred
* Able to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and personal integrity
* Flexible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
* Computer literate / MS Office skills.
