Country Manager / Country CEO - Transguard Themis

1.Leads the preparation and validation of the country’s overall budget and business plans with the country functional managers team.
2.Directs and provides facilitation and managerial guidance to Credit, Corporate Banking, Treasury and Consumer Banking towards achieving assigned budgetary and business plans targets .3.Monitors the country capital adequacy and liquidity status and takes actions and makes recommendations towards attaining their assigned levels.
4.Monitors and controls closely the country credit portfolio to identify risk weight, average spread and concentration status. Provides strategies and tactics to the country Corporate and Institutional Banking Manager towards expanding and enhancing the corporate and Trade Finance customer base through effective and proactive relationship management.
5.Leads the country Consumer Banking sales and distribution network (branches, direct sales, e-banking and call center) towards expanding into new customer base and market share ensuring target consumer lending portfolio size and quality are maintained consistently.
6.Validates all country marketing activities - advertising and media campaigns and ensures their compatibility with legal and social standards in collaboration with concerned parties.
7.Coordinates with the country Compliance Manager and Risk Manager to ensure the full adherence to the established policies and procedures, regulations and standards.
8.Studies country Audit reports around all country functional areas and works with the concerned functions managers towards addressing them promptly.
9.Collaborates with all country support and control functional managers (HR, Finance, Logistics, Audit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, IT) and provides them with recommendations and constructive feedback on their overall deliverables and takes initiatives to ensure effectiveness and conformity with established standards.
10.Participates in all country committees and capitalizes on the relationship with governmental bodies and the country Central Bank
